The need to shift from instore to online during the start of the Pandemic. How do we get people used to engaging with us online when it is not something they are familiar with?

  • Natural home remedies to boost immunity
  • A 30-day plan for staying #HealthyAtHome
  • Webinars with world renowned nutritionists
  • Podcasts on mental health and wellbeing

Once consumers were comfortable with interacting with the brand online, we encouraged online shopping by pushing brands that were resonating with customers at the time and all targeted towards health and wellbeing as it was the only thing on everyone’s mind.

We then pushed Delivery at a Distance for home deliveries.
